Server power filter cores are the core components of data centers, cloud computing equipment, and high-performance computing (HPC) to ensure power purity and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).

 

服务器电源滤波磁芯的特点

Features of server power filter cores

•  高频高阻抗：目标频段覆盖100kHz~100MHz（如PFC开关频率通常65kHz~500kHz）；

• High frequency and high impedance: the target frequency band covers 100kHz~100MHz (such as PFC switching frequency is usually 65kHz~500kHz);

•  低损耗高效率：减少磁芯发热（服务器要求MTBF>100,000小时）；

• Low loss and high efficiency: reduce core heating (MTBF > 100,000 hours required for servers);

•  大电流能力：高饱和磁通密度（Bs）支持瞬态峰值电流（如200A短时脉冲）；

• High current capability: high saturation flux density (Bs) supports transient peak currents (e.g. 200A short-time pulse);

•  紧凑化设计：适应高密度电源模块（如1U/2U服务器）。

• Compact design: suitable for high-density power modules (e.g. 1U/2U servers).

•  输入滤波：

• Input Filtering:

 

  • AC-DC前端：抑制电网侧传导噪声（如EN 55032 Class A标准）。

  • AC-DC front-end: Suppresses conductive noise on the grid side (e.g. EN 55032 Class A).

  • 48V总线输入：应对钛金电源（80Plus Titanium）的高频纹波。

  • 48V bus input: Handles high-frequency ripple from the titanium power supply (80Plus Titanium).

•  输出滤波：

• Output Filtering:

 

  • 多相VRM（电压调节模块）：为CPU/GPU供电滤波（如Intel VR13标准）。

  • Multiphase VRM (Voltage Regulation Module): Power filtering for CPU/GPU (e.g. Intel VR13 standard).

  • PCIe电源轨：降低高速信号电源噪声。

  • PCIe Power Rail: Reduces high-speed signal power supply noise.

•  冗余电源模块：并联电源间的噪声隔离。
