Automotive common-mode filter cores are the key components used to suppress common-mode electromagnetic interference (EMI) in automotive electronics, especially in the electronic systems of electric vehicles (EVs), hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) and traditional fuel vehicles.

The central role of automotive common-mode filter cores

  • 抑制共模噪声：消除高频噪声（如开关电源、电机驱动、CAN总线等产生的干扰）对车载敏感设备（ECU、传感器、娱乐系统）的影响。
  • Common-mode noise suppression: Eliminates the impact of high-frequency noise (e.g., interference from switching power supplies, motor drives, CAN buses, etc.) on in-vehicle sensitive devices (ECUs, sensors, entertainment systems).
  • 防止辐射干扰：减少线缆对外辐射，避免整车EMC测试失败。
  • Prevent radiation interference: reduce external radiation of cables and avoid vehicle EMC test failures. 
  • 保护信号完整性：尤其在高速通信（如CAN FD、以太网、车载充电机OBC）中降低信号失真。
